If you are having issues with a
membership or product you've purchased through one of our Exclusive Vendors,
please contact that vendor using their Customer Service/Support first.
If the issue is not resolved in a timely and professional
manner, then please contact us through our support system (just click the live
help image) below, select the "Support" Department, enter your name, email, the
subject of your issue and a complete description in detail of your issue
and click "Submit" ... and we will do what ever we can to insure your problem is
resolved promptly.
If at any time you receive an 'error
message' in the process of purchasing a product or service from any of our
exclusive vendors, please send us that 'error message' (just click the live help
image) below, select the "Support" Department, enter your name, email, the
subject of your issue and in the "Message" box please tell us exactly what you
were doing prior to receiving the error, paste the error below your description,
then click "Submit" ... so we may correct the issue promptly.
All Exclusive Vendors are prohibited from using our services in conjunction with any form of network abuse. Please report any abuse promptly so that we can take corrective action against any offending accounts.
